About Me:
Behrang Ijadi is a Ph.D. student in Information Systems at UC Business School. He holds an MS.c. in Industrial Engineering- Socioeconomic Systems Engineering and a BS.c. in Applied Mathematics from Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran. Prior to his Ph.D. research journey, besides his teaching experiences for years in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, and System Thinking, he has enjoyed many executive positions throughout his career such as supply chain manager and business consultant in various industries. He was also an active member of the Chamber of Commerce in his home country.
Behrang's research primarily focuses on integrating cutting-edge engineering techniques into the business ecosystem to develop decision-support models that address complex real-world problems and advance the borders of knowledge for a sustainable future. He is also passionate about nature, animals, and the arts, having played bass guitar in a music band. Additionally, he actively enjoys martial arts, biking, and exploring the wilderness.
