About Me:

Md H Asibur Rahman is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (on study leave) in the Department of Business Administration- General, Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), Bangladesh. Earlier, he served as a Lecturer in his current institution as well as in the Department of Business Administration under the Faculty of Business & Social Science (FBSS), BUP at Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA). The Faculty of Business & Social Science (FBSS) is specially designed to impart undergraduate-level education to Long Course Officers from the Bangladesh Army. In BMA, he has taken classes with Officer Cadets from 77 BMA Long Course to 83 BMA Long Course. During his time at the BMA, he had been on a number of committees and taskforces to design course curriculums and structures for BMA Long Courses as a representative of BUP.

Research Interests:

Tourism and economic growth, HRIS, organizational justice, training and development, work engagement, and citizenship behavior are among his research interests.
